Accept My Will For You
From Your Father in Heaven
MY CHILD,
Suppose you were thrown into jail, or your possessions were taken from you, or your circumstances were restricted and you were deprived of what you think you ought to have. Could you accept your situation as My will? My best for you? An opportunity to develop your faith in Me? To demonstrate your love for Me? Could you be joyful, if you suffered for My sake?
Remember, if you are loving Me and doing My will, everything that happens is for your present and future good. Your active obedience to Me, and your acceptance of the situation is My will and My best, and will reap for you a great eternal reward.
Accept with joy, and thanksgiving your present situation, your opportunity. It will glorify Me, and you will be laying up treasure in heaven; treasure you will not fail to receive. I keep good books, and I always pay off with interest.
"Know the better things await you in heaven."
