Be Content With Me
From Your Father in Heaven
MY CHILD,
Money has a place of importance in your world. It is a symbol of success and power. People who have money are deemed successful and powerful. It is the means of getting things, more things, better things. In the world system, things are of primary importance. People look to money for security, and think they are secure if they have enough of it.
Do not get caught in the trap of loving money. It leaves you with no spiritual values, because there is no spiritual life. You will be left with only the material, and your whole value system placed in it.
I know how much money you can handle for My glory, and how much would destroy you. So be content with what I let you have, and be a good steward of it.
Be content with Me. You cannot serve Me and money. If you could choose, which would you rather have, Me or a million dollars every day? Be content, satisfied with Me. I am the source and author of every good and perfect gift.
