On the Enduring Truth That You Are Mine

Your identity and worth are eternally established by God's declaration: 'You are Mine.' This truth is an unshakeable anchor in all circumstances, secured by Christ's sacrifice and your adoption into His family.

My Child,

I see you. I see the quiet moments when doubt whispers its way into your heart, making you question your place, your worth, even your very belonging. Perhaps life has thrown you a curve, or old wounds ache, causing you to wonder if you are truly seen, truly wanted, truly held. I understand those feelings, and I want to speak a truth into that space, a truth that echoes from the very beginning of time and reverberates through eternity.

From the moment I knitted you together in your mother's womb, you were known to Me. Before you drew your first breath, I called you by name. You are not an accident, a forgotten detail, or a temporary guest in My kingdom. You are Mine. This isn't a fleeting thought or a conditional affection; it's a foundational, eternal declaration over your life.

Remember when My prophet Isaiah spoke of Me saying, “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine”? That wasn't just for a people of old; it's for you, too. Through the loving sacrifice of My Son, Jesus, you have been bought with a price. He didn't just save you from something; He saved you for something – for Me, for a relationship with your Father that is as secure as My own eternal nature. When you put your trust in Him, you are adopted into My family, a co-heir with Christ, marked with My Spirit as a seal of your inheritance. This isn't just a legal transaction; it's a deep, familial bond.

Sometimes, the world tries to define you by your past mistakes, your current struggles, or the expectations of others. It attempts to make you feel like you need to earn My love or prove your worthiness. But My love is not a wage to be earned; it is a gift freely given because you are My child. Your identity is not found in what you do, what you have, or what others say about you. Your truest identity is found in this unshakable truth: You are Mine.

When challenges arise, when you feel lost or alone, anchor yourself in this truth. Let it be the quiet assurance that steadies your soul. Even if you stumble, even if you feel distant, your status as My child does not change. My arms are always open, waiting for you to return to the simple, profound truth of your belonging. Just as a shepherd knows each sheep in his flock, I know you, and My hand is upon you.

Walk forward in the confidence that comes from knowing who you belong to. Let this truth fill your heart with peace and courage, for nothing can snatch you from My hand or diminish your worth in My eyes.

I love you, Your Father who awaits you.
