Trust me As A Father

MY CHILD,

I have given you mental ability, but you cannot understand My sovereignty with your intellect.

You're looking around at what is going on in the world and in your own life, questioning the way I am allowing things to happen. Your perplexity so often leads you to doubt, and then on to despair and unbelief.

You cannot fully understand what I am doing, and how I am doing it. My ways are not your ways. Can a child understand a parent? Do they not consistently question the way of a parent? They often rebel, because they do not understand, and therefore will not accept.

Be careful, you do not get caught in the same trap. Do not let your level of understanding determine your level of trust. Rather, know your level of trust will eventually determine your understanding.

Trust Me as a Father. I chose you knowing all about you -- your past, and your future. As a Father I am more concerned with what you are than what you do.
